First Course: A composed salad of shaved fennel topped with a mixture of bay shrimp and crabmeat in a light citrus vinaigrette
Second Course: Porcini mushroom risotto cakes served in truffle cream with grated Parmigiano Reggiano
Main Course: Beef short ribs braised in red wine with aromatic vegetables and herbs, served with soft polenta and roasted green beans
Intermezzo: Grapefruit-rosemary granita
Dessert: Hazelnut torte served with honey-poached pears
